 | 10:38 am - 14. [Private] So it's been a week and I feel like I'm going to explode. I understand why Nora wants to wait to tell people, but this is the best news! I'M GOING TO BE A FATHER!! Arthur and Molly should know, they'd be thrilled! And Charity! Not to mention our parents!
But I promised. I won't break my promise to Nora. THIS IS SO HARD!
[Private to Nora] How is everything? I found this book at a muggle bookstore, Dr. Spock's Baby and Childcare. He seems to know quite a lot about kids and whatnot. This book has been in print since 1946, did you know that? Even though he is a muggle, some of this is interesting. We should read everything we can, even muggle texts. Make sure all our research is good.
Also, I was thinking, we should go visit Arthur and Molly and the boys. I have a sudden urge to chase them around the yard, what do you think?

 | 10:48 pm - 13. I wish I understood women better. Might consider writing about that for next month's Quibbler. They are such a mystery sometimes.
[Private] Nora has been snapping at me lately. She never does that. I've never known Nora to snap. Or even come close to snapping. Even during her special time of the month. She's always such a pleasure to be around, but the past couple of days have been very odd. Thought she was going to tear my arms off for a minute there this morning. I suspect she's suffering from a nasty bout of Loser's Lurgy.

September 11th, 2009
 | 05:28 pm - 12. So.... quite a bit of people writing some rather insane worrisome strange interesting things over these journals. Makes me miss writing. But, good news is, I'm almost finished fixing the printing press! The October issue will be up and ready to print after I get just two more parts. So never fear loyal readers. We'll be back.
[Private to Nora & Charity] Get your stories ready ladies!

September 1st, 2009
 | 12:05 pm - 11. I should be posting the September issue of The Quibbler, but instead I'm staring at my broken printing press. And it could always be worse. We survived, and the printing press is fixable. All is not lost. It's just delayed.

August 28th, 2009
 | 09:15 am - 10. It is my sad duty to announce that there will be no September issue of The Quibbler, due to the attack on my home. I apologize in advance, dear readers, but please do not fret. We will be up and running by October, so look for us next month!
[Nora, Arthur, & Molly] Well, the Ministry finally released the house. I got the owl only a few minutes ago. I'm gonna head over there today, see what the damage is, cause Merlin, I'm not sure what state they left it in.
Athur, Molly - I know I speak for both Nora and myself when I say thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you. It was great for us both, spending so much time with the boys. If you ever need anything at all, please let us know.

August 20th, 2009
 | 10:21 pm - 9. WHAT?
YOU SODDING MONSTERS!!!!
[Private to Charity] Charity, I'm so sorry. Is there anything we can do?
|
August 7th, 2009
 | 10:52 am - 8. Marriage bill? That is bizarre news. I find it odd that the Ministry would be interested in examining marriages. Surely we have other things to be worrying about? There are dark creatures attacking families! And now we're critiquing the families instead of going after the dark creatures? That makes no sense.
[Nora] Nora, have you seen this? What... do you think we have to be concerned?
|
August 3rd, 2009
 | 05:09 pm - 7. Only three days and already this has been the best selling issue of The Quibbler! Well, we are still new, so hopefully this trend continues.
[Private to Arthur & Molly Weasley] Any word yet, on your son? And thank you, for letting me tell your story. I only wish we could do more than just write an article. If there's anything you need, please let me know.

July 20th, 2009
 | 11:18 am - 6. [Private to Nora & Charity] Ladies, I've been doing research and after talking to Arthur, I want to print a retraction in August's Quibbler. I have solid details regarding the Dark Army, and I want to correct the wrong information I wrote. We owe Arthur and Molly. I want to get it right. Just thought the two of you should know.
[Private to Charity] I'm sorry you got dragged into this feud between Dempster and myself. He's an idiot.
[Private to Dempster] Stop harrassing my wife and my employee.

July 13th, 2009
 | 07:46 pm - 5. [Private to Arthur & Molly]
I heard some very strange sounds last night: howls, shrieks, and the like. Granted, it was very faint, so I wasn't sure where it was coming from.
But today I see on these journals that some werewolf has taken a four year-old redheaded boy. Please tell me that's not one of your boys.

 | 12:18 pm - 4. It's true! He admitted it!
We at The Quibbler do not condone the efforts of the Minister's dark army. We are NOT seeking to recruit, and we do not suggest that the dark army is a desirable vocation for any person or dark creature. So please do not send any CVs to The Quibbler office. If you wish to be part of a dark army, then The Quibbler staff kindly encourages you to rethink your life's choices. Thank you.

June 18th, 2009
 | 08:56 am - 3. [Private to Charity Burbage] Miss Burbage,
Sorry for the delay, but we finally got the printing press back working and the house cleaned up. It's surprising how much mess on cat can make. Anyway, would you care to meet tomorrow for your interview? Say three o'clock, at the Leaky Cauldron? As I've said before, my house isn't big enough for a proper interview.
~ X. Lovegood.

 | 02:53 am - 2. I went out to Picadilly earlier today, and I'm speechless. I think I'll launch a full investigation for the second issue of The Quibbler. I suspect further boggart involvement.
Tragedy aside, the first issue of The Quibbler has been a success. Shame I have to report this news amongst such horror.

April 24th, 2009
 | 03:25 pm - 1. It seems that I finally found this journal that Nora gave me for my birthday two months ago. I knew I put it somewhere in the house, and today I found it. Interesting writing contraptions these things. Nora darling, you were right, as usual. I do like your gift. Needless to say, I'm glad I finally found it!
In other news, the first test run of the printing press was a success! Which means that everything is in order for the first issue. Should be putting it together for release in the next few weeks. I can't believe it is finally coming together!
[Private to Nora] This calls for a celebration. I have a bottle of champange I've been saving for such an occasion. I'll take care of dinner this evening.
